Sarah...

I met Sarah a little while ago. We were both a little hesitant...we met on a MUD (Glimmers of the Pattern), introduced by a mutual friend and sort of shyly started talking. The funny thing is, is that it wasn't relationship stuff we were talking. Noo, it was just...well...talking. A little while later, we started talking more, and exchanging emails, and then letters, and the talking became a little more serious, and a lot more friendly. Soon...well...you know, people say you find love when you're not really looking for it. I guess they're right. I wasn't looking to fall in love with her, but I sure as heck did. There are lots of little things about her that I could go on about, but I won't. See, some things I like to keep to myself. I am happy to tell the world that yes, I do love her, and that she means the world to me, but the why's and the how's...well, those are mine, and hers. I will say though, that the world seems brighter and I smile a lot more with her in my life. I feel like a great big cliche inside, but it's so real...

So...to Sarah...

I love you.

Update!

On Dec. 15th, 2003, I asked Sarah to marry me, and she said yes! *cheers* I love you very much, Sarah, and I will for all time.

Let the Candle be a beacon in the dark leading you Home...
